Take What You Need: Nourishing Resources, Part 2

Reading Time: 10 minutes

Welcome to part two of my nourishing resources blog post. In part one I shared resources to support your heart and mind as well as lifestyle recommendations for strengthening all the parts of you. I recommend going back to my previous post if you missed it, as it goes hand-in-hand with the information below. Reading Time: 9 minutes

Fear. Worry. Anxiety. I know them all intimately. I have years of experience healing through anxiety. And as a mom I now hold my kiddo’s hands as they walk through their own flavors of anxiety.

But, in doing so, I’m learning to strengthen my wholeness and embrace myself as my own healer. And, I’m learning how I can serve others on their own healing journeys as well.

Healing is just that – a continuous, non-linear journey. I’ll admit that when I received my Lyme diagnosis in 2014, after […]
